Some creepy new inhabitants at Stratford Butterfly Farm

 

These include 3 Redback spiders, a close relative of the black widow, along with a Chilean Rose Tarantula and a giant prickly Stick Insect. Throughout the holiday's children and adults can take part in twice daily ‘Meet the Mini-Beast’ handling sessions in the Discovery Zone and hold creatures such as a Madagascan hissing Cockroach, giant African Millipede, African Land Snail and a variety of Stick Insects.

The RSC will bring the world of theatre from inside to the Bancroft Terrace. discover the world of science with AutoScience LIVE - two 25-minute shows full of cool interactive demonstrations with the ‘mad scientists’

Mary Arden’s Farm

 

There are lots of exciting things to discover at Mary Arden’s Farm. Experience the childhood home of Shakespeare’s mother, the sights, sounds and smells of a working Tudor farm on a fantastic family day out. Meet the Tudors who run the farm just as Shakespeare’s mother would have done, watch craft and falconry demonstrations and explore the farmyard, playground and historic buildings.
