What’s on at the R&A World Golf Museum in 2024
2023 saw many successful events take place at the R&A World Golf Museum and 2024 will be no different. Whether bringing your child for multi-sensory play or joining one of our memory groups to reminisce about St Andrews or your golfing journey, we’ve something for everyone!
Our calendar is already packed with fun, creative and educational events, with new activities being added on a regular basis.

St Andrews Memories – In collaboration with St Andrews Heritage Museum & Garden
When: First Tuesday of every month
Drop in to have a chat whilst looking at photographs, objects and film footage from our collections. Members of staff and volunteers from both museums will be present.
Golf Memories
When: Fourth Wednesday of every month
A friendly, social group for people who love to talk about golf. These meetings are particularly aimed at people living with dementia and their carers, but anyone with a story to tell will be a valued member of the group.
Golf Geeks
When: First Monday of every month
Are you a golf geek? Are you a collector? Perhaps you like to meet other enthusiasts over a coffee, then join our Learning & Access Curator Hannah in The Niblick Restaurant for a blether.
Lego Days
When: Fourth Sunday of every month starting 24 March
Our Learning Room will be open throughout the day for families to get creative with Lego… the best designs will be photographed and shared on our social media pages.
Little Niblicks
When: Selected Friday mornings
Bring along your baby or toddler to enjoy the sights and sounds of the museum. Roll a ball, sings a song or join in a craft, we’d love to welcome you and your little one. Join us for multi-sensory play with a new theme each month.
Crafternoons
When: During Fife School holidays
These afternoon craft sessions are designed to be relaxed and informal and focused on a different theme each time.
Lecture Series
When: Selected Dates
Monthly lectures from specialist speakers take place in our galleries, usually on a Thursday evening at 7pm.
