Elizabeth Gaskell’s House – Bringing Manchester’s Literary Heritage to Life

Discover the life and literature of Elizabeth Gaskell, Manchester’s most famous Victorian writer. A hands-on experience of a Victorian middle-class house just one mile from the city centre.

Follow in the footsteps of literary greats including Charlotte Brontë, on a private group tour of this unique House. Private tours include refreshments served on vintage china. Available Monday, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
